"The Norm" Project

Hey, it's me with another update. So, I haven't been updating my blog with 3D models lately; just some reviews, sh!tposts, and other things. A few posts back, in my "To Do" list, one of the things was "Finish 'The Norm' Project". Well, that's what I've also been working on in the past. It's a model that's been in the works for now that's a drastic deviation from the normal MAYA 2014 models I make. Instead of the normal models I make out of warped shapes, this model is being made via sculpting from the sculpting program known as Z-Brush. I'm making a humanoid model. So far, only the head is almost done. Maybe when I complete it down to the shoulders will I finally reveal what it looks like, which should come later on. If I can do this, this will make me one step closer to achieving my goal of becoming a Game Designer. I would post a preview, but where's the fun in knowing what shape it's going to look like?

Anyway's, that's the only thing I'm covering in this post. More will come later, but this stuff takes time. Until my next model.

R.I.P. Walking Dead.

Okay. I wished I got to this sooner. So, many of you may have at least heard of the AMC TV show "The Walking Dead". It's a show following the story of Rick Grimes, a police officer who was put into a coma for a month while on duty, and wakes up a month later in the middle of a zombie apocalypse. No one knows where the "Walker Virus" came from or why its here. All that's clear is that everyone is in it for themselves as they fight for survival against the hordes of reanimated corpses. Along the way, Rick gains and loses many friends in the apocalypse, including finding his wife and son sticking together with other trustworthy survivors, whiles losing said survivors slowly as he keeps going. There have truly been some impactful moments that alter how Rick and his fellow surviving comrades think and live as they experience the sheer cruelty and brutality of the new world they now live in. Some characters have been present since Season One, while others weren't so lucky. Rick and his group deals with a host of baddies, including The Governor from Woodbury, the People of Terminus, and The Wolves. Just know that the show is very bloody and gory, so those with weak hearts are not advised to watch.

Season 6 had rick and his crew stumble upon the town known as Alexandria. It has been relatively safe from Walkers since the apocalypse started. Things changed up a lot when they reached there, for they had to deal with the in-fighting that started due to their arrival, and had to deal with a literal Army of Walkers that threatened the town (Spoiler Alert: the Walker Army got inside the town, but Rick and his group literally killed every single one of them, marking that episode as my favorite Walking Dead episode of all time).

Rick's Group from near the beginning of Season 6.

After that, they come into contact with the Hilltop Village, and are willing to cooperate with each other. Their problem is that the Hilltop has been dealing with another group of nasty survivors called The Saviors, led by Negan. Here's how the Saviors roll: you either work for them and always give them half of your supplies, or they literally bash some heads in, you work for them, and give them half of your supplies. Either way, you will belong to them. After all the crap that Rick has had to go through for the past 6 seasons, Rick and his group decides that they are going to eradicate the Saviors so that they can work out peaceful negotiations with the Hilltop. They agree, and thus began the Savior-killing crusade. They were doing good, almost practically being ninja's at times, and killed a huge number of them. Tow whole bases of Saviors, in fact. Their primary goal was to get to Negan and eliminate him. However, the Saviors finally caught on to what they were doing. In the last episode of Season 6, They trapped them with no way to escape or retaliate, and Negan himself showed up.

This smug scumbag is Negan himself.

Negan wanted for Rick and his crew to work for him, but he's definitely aware that they killed a lot of his men. So for that, he was going to punish them by "beating the holy hell outta one of you." He's armed with his pride and joy: a baseball bat wrapped in barbed wire named Lucille. He couldn't decide who to kill, so he decided to chose his victim at random via a game of Eeny-Meeny-Miny-Moe. The end of the episode ended from the point of view of his victim, and Negan bashing their head in with his bat. Because of the point-of-view, no one could tell who it was, and we had to wait until October 23rd, 2016 to find out.

MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD!!! READ AT YOUR OWN RISK. Season 7 finally came around, and we finally found out who got to taste Lucille: the poor Redhead in the picture below, Abraham Ford. He's a former Sergeant who had a wife and children that died in the apocalypse. He came across Rick and his group during Season 3, and joined his group. I guess you could call him the the muscle of the group, and a trusted ally of Rick. Abraham powered through Negan's first blow, and defiantly spilled his last words: "Suck... My... Nuts." before having his head bashed in multiple times from Negan until he was unrecognizable. His love interest, Sasha, who also loved him, cried in horror.
Abraham after taking Negan's first hit.

Then came the Plot Twist of the year: After Negan brutally killed Abraham, Negan showed his bloody bat to the face of Rosita, Abraham's former love interest, forcing her to look at it. That's when Daryl boneheadedly jumped up and slugged Negan in the face before being pinned down by some of Negan's men. Negan said that he would "shut that shit down". When Negan had considered killing Maggie, Glenn retaliated by attempting to push back Negan from her, but was pulled back from Negan's men. He said the first outburst was a "freebie", but no exceptions after that. So then, after talking for a few moments, he chose his next victim at utter random: Fan-Favorite character Glenn Rhee, also my most favorite character in the whole show. He's the dude in the picture at the bottom.

Glenn after being struck twice from Negan.

Glenn has been in the series since season 1, and is the husband of Maggie Greene, whom he meets in season 2. Glenn is basically Rick's trusted delivery boy, since during the apocalypse, he's done many supply runs, and has even been a Pizza Delivery boy before the apocalypse began. He's also a true friend to Rick, since both have helped each other out of danger on many occasions. Glenn is infamous for always somehow ending up in the middle of a big group of Walkers and always getting out unscathed. There has been about 7 times he got caught in a large herd of Walkers and survived. Since his awesome introduction, he's been my favorite character, and has lived up until now. When Negan chose him, he struck him twice in the head, the second time being so hard, his skull dented and his left eyeball popped out. Blood starts spewing from his head injury and his mouth as Maggie cries. "Maggie... I will find you..." were his last words to his wife before Negan savagely bashed his head in with Lucille until it was paste in probably the most disturbing and goriest scene yet in The Walking Dead series. Even worse, Maggie is currently pregnant with his child, meaning he will never see his child be born.

Things get even worse when, in the span of one episode, Negan himself breaks Rick, who at this point is one of the most stubborn characters besides Daryl. First is the aforementioned killings of Abraham and Glenn right in front of him, then he takes him to a place Rick has been to. Negan throws his axe outside the RV they were in, telling him to go fetch it. Only one problem: the place is filled with walkers, ans smoke covers the place so he couldn't see. After fighting for his life, Rick gets the axe. Then they go back to where Rick's group is and Negan forces Carl onto the ground. He hands Rick his axe and tells him to cut his son's arm off. Rick opts to have his own arm cut off, but Negan says this is the only way, and that if he doesn't do it, he'll kill Carl and the rest of Rick's group. Carl tells his father "It's okay. Just do it." Rick screams as he's is literally about to bring down the axe, but about an inch away from his arm, Negan stops him. He tells him that he owns him and his group, and Rick agrees, basically turning Rick into a punk. Negan then announces to his men that "Today was a productive day!" He then takes Daryl with him as a prisoner and leaves Rick and his group, telling him that they will come back to their village later.

Well, I will say that they did a great job at giving us to instantly hate Negan even more than The Governor. In fact, he makes the Governor look like a cuddly bunny. What's worse about Negan is that unlike The Governor and other such characters, they did the evil deeds they did to survive or because they had something going on in their heads. Negan, on the other hand, knows exactly what he's doing, and he loves it.

This episode was shocking and disturbing, and I both love and hate how they lead us into a false sense of security by making us believe that by killing Abraham, Glenn was going to live. Had Daryl not attacked Negan, Glenn might have lived. It was sad seeing  Abraham die, but it was almost heartbreaking to see Glenn die too, especially since his death was more graphic than Abraham's. It also felt shocking how Negan turned Rick into a little punk. They also took Daryl, in which I couldn't really care because he got Glenn killed. This episode reminded us that the unexpected can still happen, for besides Denise dying, we haven't had any major deaths in The Walking Dead until now. I guess we had actually been actually watching a commercial break or something, and this episode was back to our regularly scheduled program.

Well, I can say that the airing of that episode was a sad day for us Walking Dead fans. They killed 2 people, one being a Fan Favorite, they turned Rick from Stubborn to being a little Punk, they captured Daryl, half of their supplies are practically instantly gone now, and worse of all is that they belong to Negan now. The only hope is a faction of survivors known as The Kingdom, led by King Ezekiel (Or as I like to call him, Dr. Dreadlocks) who just so happens to have a female Pet Tiger named Shiva. Morgan and Carol, one of the few people not rounded up by the Saviors, encountered them, and are being cared for at the moment.

All I can say is that the season premiere was nothing but a string of one bad thing happening after another. It also marks another sad day for Walking Dead fans. I think not even Game of Thrones could get any more shocking than this (I don't watch Game of Thrones, but I do know that apparently about 60% of everyone so far has been killed off.)

Well, I guess this is my overview of The Walking Dead Season 7 Premiere.

03 Fan Idea

Welp, back again to post something that I almost forgot to post. So, the following pictures you'll see here are characters from the Kirby series.

This one is 0 (just Zero)

This one is 02 (just Zero-Two)

0 is the mastermind of the Dark Matter Force, planning to drown Dreamland into darkness. He's MUCH bigger than Kirby himself, and generally looks like a giant eyeball with a red iris. Once you defeat him, his iris eyeball separates from his white shell in one of the most gruesome scenes in Kirby history, leaving you to fight his red eye. One that eye is defeated, 0 will be dead. He appeared in Kirby's Dreamland 2 as the final boss.

02 is either a reincarnation or the resurrection of 0, and appears as the secret and true final boss of Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards. He appears in Dark Star, the main base of the Dark Matter Force, one defeated, Dark Star explodes, seemingly destroying all of Dark Matter once and for all.

Little fact, 0 and 02 are one of the few enemies in the Kirby series to actually bleed red blood, making them the most gruesomely depicted characters in the entire Kirby series.

But what happened? will there ever be a 03? Well these are some ideas for the forms of my own version of 03. Note that when I had made these models, I was thinking of the phases from Star Dream of Kirby: Planet Robobot.

His first form would be reminiscent of his fake form that we see in his 02 form. I was thinking that before you fight him, you would fight the Dark Matter Swordsman, and in this form, he's just a spectator watching the fight.

After you would defeat the Dark Matter Swordsman, 03 would transform into a much more familiar form, deciding to fight you himself. It would be something like a cross between fighting Sectonia and Maxx Profitt Haltmann. This would be considered his "true form".

After being defeated once, he would take to the skies and transform to more resemble his 02 form, but with extra parts. It would be like facing Star Dream Phase 1.

After being defeated again, he absorbs a mass of Dark Matter, becoming one huge Dark Matter with wings. this would be more like fighting Star Dream Phase 2

After being defeated once again, he changes his form to mimic that of Kirby, thinking he can match him. This would be like a smaller version of Star Dream, Phase 3, or it could be like the final phase of Star Dream Soul OS.

After being defeated again, he starts to lose power, desperately trying to defeat kirby. This would resemble when he was basically 01.

Another reference to the original 0 form, after being defeated yet again, now just an eyeball, he faces off against you one last time, using whatever remaining power he has. After defeating this infamous eyeball, he would be defeated for good.

This is a size comparison, from smallest to largest, with the Dark Matter form clearly being the largest.

Thats it for now. Still figuring out Z-Brush. I may hold out on it in the future for a while.

Overwatch Review

So several weeks ago, I had gotten me an Xbox One. One of the first games I had for it was Batman: Arkham Knight. Last Sunday, I got two more games for it: Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4, and... Overwatch: Origins Edition, which comes with these exclusive costumes.

Well, a lot of people play Overwatch, and I just wanted to post my experience with it. I bought it because it honestly looked fun. Best of all, once I played it, it lived up to my expectations. Its just pure fun. Once I started playing it, I couldn't stop. I'm already level 8, and I have gotten several likes for after matches ended. I just love it. The characters, the gameplay, everything.

I guess this is more of a review of the game based on my experiences. As I've said before, its fun. It has high replay value, it has memorable characters, it has TEAM-FOCUSED GAMEPLAY for once, and the execution of it is just really good. That's what I like most about the game: its objective. No longer are players on a single team striving to become the best individually. No longer are players ranked by kill-death ratios or by what prestige they are. Its almost pure team effort, and its satisfying knowing that what you're doing is potentially bringing your team to victory. Cooperation is important. Communication is important, and knowing your role is important. Also, while you may have to reload your weapon, all of your characters basically have unlimited ammo, which means that you don't have to desperately look around for ammo pickups. The only pickups that do spawn are health pickups, although they're almost useless if you have a healer. On top of that, good teammates aren't so mythical anymore.

One thing that makes the game really shine: the characters. As of the last major update, there are 22 characters, and thanks to an ongoing ARG (Alternate Reality Game: video-game related events happening in real life... somewhat. Just look it up), we might be getting a 23rd character on October 16th. Anyways, each character feels different, and each have a unique playstyle. You've got four types of heroes: Offense, made for going out on the front lines and dishing out big loads of damage. Defense, made for staying in the back lines and backing up the Offense heroes, as well as holding down choke points and important objectives. Tank, made for soaking up loads of damage and chucking it all back in your face Wobbuffet style, accompanied by their own sets of offensive and defensive abilities. Support, with their aim being to give, well, support to their on-field allies, heal their allies, and provide debuffs to the enemy team. Each hero have their own set of abilities, and each one has an Ultimate Ability. Think of Ultimate Abilities as Final Smashes: game-changing. The only difference is that while Final Smashes need a Smash Ball and are uninterruptable, Ultimate Abilities are charged over time, and are charged faster simply by doing what you need to do, but they can be interrupted. Each hero, whatever type they may be, are different wit their own set of regular abilities that truly make them different. You have Genji's Deflect Ability, which allows him to deflect nearly any projectile, including most Ultimates, Ana's Sleep Dart, which puts enemies to sleep for 5 seconds, Reinhardt's Defense Barrier, Which creates and incredibly large and durable force field in front of him, and Bastion's Turret Mode, which switches him on and off into a stationary turret which unleashes a hail of bullets that shreds anyone who gets too close. You can also acquire cosmetic items from Loot Boxes, which you get by leveling up. You can equip different Emotes, different Victory Poses, Sprays, Voice Lines, and even Skins.

Not gonna lie, the lore behind this game is interesting with some of the characters, but its not like "WOW" or anything. Its one of the weak points of the game. I would very much like to see a story mode implemented into the game later on in the future, because I think that would make the game much more enjoyable and interesting. In fact, thats what I like about Overwatch: once you buy the game, any update that comes along, be it adding new characters, new maps, new items, new anything will be completely free. Its like a refined version of Team Fortress 2, and TF2 is still being updated and played to this day, despite coming out about 9 years ago. Plus, since this was built in a similar vein to TF2, and seeing how it was almost overwhelmingly praised for its many mechanics, gameplay, vibrant, colorful characters and locations, I have a feeling that this game will go on for a very long time. That is unless they devs do something that completely ruin the game. Then again, the game was made by Blizzard Entertainment, which I've heard cares about the games it makes.

In the one day I've played this game, I've had a few highlights, but this is my best highlight. On the Dorado map, I was playing as Ana, a sniper who can heal her teammates by shooting them, and hurts enemies by, well, shooting them. She can use Biotic Grenade to heal herself and allies as well as giving whomever was in the grenade's radius a boost in speed, defense, and attack. Her Sleep Dart, as I've said before, puts enemies to sleep, and her Ultimate, Nano Boost, temporarily boosts one of her allies, temporarily making them really hard to kill. One of my allies was Soldier 76. His abilities include the ability to sprint whenever he wants, put down a Biotic Field for healing, fire a trio of Helix Rockets, and his Ultimate, Tactical Visor, makes his Heavy Pulse Rifle automatically target the enemies within his eyesight with pinpoint accuracy. The payload was stopped by an enemy push, and the both of us were still alive. The enemy surrounded the payload and started pushing it back. After letting each other know that our Ultimates are ready (via in-game chat options), I combined my Nano Boost with his Tactical Visor. I followed behind and watched as he laid waste to the entire enemy team. After the rest of our team caught up with us, I had been sniped by an enemy Widowmaker, so I switched to Reaper, a dude with twin shotguns and excels at killing tanks once at close range. I flanked and eliminated the Widowmaker, but time was running out. With my Ultimate charged up, Death Blossom, they all died, died died. For the rest of the match, we managed to clutch it and deliver the payload. I unfortunately didn't get Play of the Game.

Now, concerning the parts I don't like about the game. One is the Loot Box system. You only get one Loot Box each time you level up. The contents of each are random, and come in the types of Common (Grey), Uncommon (Blue), Epic (Purple), and Legendary (Gold). You won't know what's inside the Loot Box until you open it. Unfortunately, I have a bad history of RNG not being on my side. Of the 8 Loot Boxes I opened, I only got one Skin, which was for Zarya, who I never planned on playing as. You'll mostly get Sprays and Voice Lines. Fortunately, if you get a duplicate item, you're given credits as compensation, and you can use those to buy the cosmetic items you really want. However, if you wan't more than just one Loot Box at a time, you have two options: Either A, get them via leveling up, or B, paying with real money. Another thing I don't like: the match ups. Obviously, when playing online, you're going to come across that one player that I now call "Dat Boi" (I regret nothing). No matter what you do, you can't stop Dat Boi, and it costs you the match. Whats worse than one Boi? An entire team consisting of Dem Boi's. I have so far played one game where there was absolutely no hope for us. We were the attacking team, and they completely held us back to our spawn. We didn't even at least get past the first arch because an annoyingly good Roadhog player just rekt everyone while a Junkrat player held us back with his explosives. Bastion tore us to shreds, Widowmaker kept us at cover, and a Pharah player rained justice from above multiple times, while I suspected that an enemy Ana was keeping in the shadows healing her teammates, which would explain why they seemingly wouldn't die. Not even my Reaper could repel them. We lost horribly mainly because of that damn Roadhog player, who always catches you off guard when you least expect it. Don't get me started on D.va's annoying asf Self Destruct Ultimate, in which she ejects from her MEKA and said machine blows up, but leaves her at the mercy of other players armed with a deceptively powerful Laser Pistol. As for Self Destruct, It has huge range and deals 1000 goddamn damage; more than enough to kill anyone easily. Even worse, if it kills even one player, in which it most likely will, her second Ultimate charges up to maximum, allowing her to call on a fresh, new MEKA and rejoin the battle. Still, both of the aforementioned Loot Box RNG and bad skill matchups are definitely a "me" problem, except fro probably the matchup situation. Lastly is the aforementioned lack of a Story Mode. I feel it would make the game so much more enjoyable, and make the lore so much more interesting. Plus, we need new modes and maps, but those will definitely come in the future. I just know it.

Overall, I REALLY like the game. The distinct characters, the online play, the vibrant, colorful maps, the cosmetic items you can acquire, its just pure and simple fun. While yes, it's not perfect, for it has some low points, its positives outweigh its negatives. Plus, this game is always getting updated, whether you're on the console or playing on PC. We'll have new maps, new characters, and new modes in the future. Judging how this game is still being played a lot, this game will probably go for as long, if not longer, than TF2 has been and is still going. If you like playing online, playing competitively, or just like playing online with people period, I recommend this game. Oh, and if you see me, my Gamertag is EnderAcer1337. I usually play as Soldier 76, Reaper, sometimes Bastion, Widowmaker, sometimes D.va, sometimes Reinhardt, Ana, and sometimes Lucio. I'll most likely be seen playing on the weekend, since my weekend's are usually free from school. This concludes my review. If you've made it this far, then I thank you for reading.

Forgotten and unfinished projects

Well, crap.

Welcome to my latest post, featuring my projects that either went unfinished, became ultimately forgotten, or both. You're going to see a lot in the "or both" category. Lets go over them.

This was for an idea I once had. I thought that I was going to rebuild the Egg Fleet from Sonic Heroes. This was supposed to be the second-biggest ship from the egg fleet, right behind Eggman's flagship, the Final Fortress. While I was going somewhere, it sadly was left unfinished, then forgotten altogether.

This scene goes WAY back to when I was first making MAYA 2014 scenes. It was simply  some armored guy busting his way through this very very tiny castle to face off against the Bad Guy.

I had painteffects on the armored guy so that he'd have a fist of fire. Sadly, you apparently have to go through complicated things before you can get painteffects to render.

Also, this scene takes a long time to render simply because of this freaking bookshelf right here, if you can see it. The books in it actually have pages (albeit not written), and the number of these makes it even worse. (Sorry if its to dark for you to see...)

We also can't really forget one of my favorite scenes from when I first started modeling in MAYA 2014. This one is simply called the 'Epic View". For whatever reason, the lighting won't work properly, so its always daytime no matter what I do. This scene was mostly done, but was forgotten.

From a top-down perspective, it looks like an eye, which is the idea.

And here's my broken moon that I can't get to act properly most of the time.

Oh lord, the Fighting Polygon Team is here. Sorry to leave you guys behind...

Well this is something. This guy right here is supposed to be Mecha Sonic, the Metal Sonic that appeared in Sonic 3 & Knuckles. He's the final boss of Knuckle's story, I believe. He was supposed to be part of my Metal Sonic Corps scene and despite being completed, I never finished the scene.

Here we have what was originally called The Hybrid, but then renamed into The Abomination. It was made to look creepy, and I kinda got inspiration from SCP-096 of the SCP series. (Read the story regarding it. It's a short, but good read).

The main reason I forgot this one is this: it's mouth. I failed on it spectacularly.

From my Metal Corps scene, this was another Metal Sonic I completed: Shard the Metal Sonic. He comes from the comics in the Pre-Genesis Wave timeline, and is the original Metal Sonic that has been upgraded over the years. His 1.0 form raced Sonic in the Stardust Speedway zone, but when Sonic unleashed his Figure 8 Super Peel Out move, Metal Sonic started melting due to the friction of trying to keep up with him. In his 2.0 form, after Robotnik trapped Sonic and the Freedom Fighters, Knuckles banded together the Chaotix, and Robotnik sent Metal Sonic to do battle with them, further powerd by a Power Gem inserted into his chest. It was ultimately destroyed in the end. In his 2.5 version, he gained true sentience, and set out to kill Sonic once and for all, personally tormenting him both mentally and physically. After seeing Tails, however, risk his life to save Sonic whilst inside an active volcano, Metal understood the true meaning of free will, and sacrificed himself to save Sonic and Tails, being buried under rocks and magma. A long time after that, The Royal Service found his slagged remains, and discovered that his Power Gem stored his personality and programing, meaning after all that time, he was still alive. Sonic's Uncle Chuck rebuilt him as Shard, who fights for good and justice, and serves under the Royal Secret Service under the codename "Agent Jack". Unfortunately, Metal Sonic 3.7 was sent by Dr. Eggman to take care of him. At first Metal came to take the life of one of Sonic's comatose friends. This was fortunately averted after Shard convinced Metal to fight him one-on-one in the remains of the Knothole Forest. After a duel to the death, 3.0 was defeated, but he kamikaze exploded, leaving Shard gravely injured. Due to the Genesis Wave, his ultimate fate is unknown (but we can sadly assume he's dead, since his signal cut out the last time we saw him).

God, am I a huge Sonic nerd. Anyways, his 3D Model that I made was completed, but the scene he was meant for was not finished, unfortunately.

This was a failed attempt at trying to make Neo Metal Sonic. I didn't even try.

The same can be said for these two: Silver Sonic 2.0 and Silver Sonic 3.0, both based from the Comics.

This is supposed to be Metal Sonic Kai, which is, in both the comics and in Knuckles Chaotixs, one of Metal Sonic's forms. Both were ultimately destroyed in their respective universes, however. Also supposed to be part of the Metal Corps, he was forgotten despite being completed.

A stick man. Nothing more, nothing less.

This was mean to be the Temple of the Word of Justice. I can't show the inside (due to the lighting being too dark), but it is somewhat big.

One of my first models: the Royal Knight. He's actually a modified version of my very first made model.

Remember back in my SWORD_MASTER.EXE post that I said I couldn't make Kirby? Well, this is why. I worked on him since he was simple to create. Nearly everything is done save for his soul-sucking eyes. God, those eyes. I could never get them right, so I abandoned it altogether.

Using this scene, I tried to make a really big animation. Sadly, I don't know much animation, so This scene was ultimately forgotten.

This was a failed attempt at trying to make a star system. I had the general planets and star completed, but because I wanted them to be true-to-life sized, the planets are WAY too small. Once again, it was left behind.

This one was not exactly left behind. Its called the Guarde Unit. I submitted this for a Mount contest for an online MMORPG I play called Elsword several months ago (I still do play it, although not as often as I did before). In the contest, you can vote for your favorite Mount (although it doesn't guarantee that you will win; it just helps the GM's and judges know which ones are community favorites). The Winner gets to have their dream Mount made in the game for them. There were other contests as well, such ass Accessories,  Skill Cut-Ins, and even your dream Costume for your character. I made this as quick as I could and submitted it. I thought I had it in the bag. I was horribly mistaken. I only got one vote. One freaking vote. All the other ones got at least 5 votes. Apparently, my idea sucked something fierce. So now this guy just rests in my folder ashamedly.

Thats everything I have, and I don't plan on finishing these any time soon. Period.

The Strider Berserker Updated

Well, I left some hanging by introducing the Berserker, but not covering him. So, here he is.

As you can see, both forms of the Berserker differ, with the updated parts that make him look more menacing. Unlike his original, crazy form, his new form has a lot more focus, and is able to make more devastating attacks.

Of all of my Striders, he has the most weapons, being a double-edged spear, a sword, and his signature hammer. The designs were meant to be somewhat elegant in contrast to his brutality.

Also, you may be wondering: what the heck is the point of these to spheres on his back. And what are those sticking out from them? Well, if I select the objects inside and use the scale tool to make them bigger...

TA-DA! He has wings, enabling him to fly. Great, a robot with brutal strength, many weapons at his disposal, and can fly. (Also, I am aware that his wings look like some sort of crazy mask)

And its epic pose time!

Well, this is one of my MAYA 2014 models that I'll be posting every now and then. I'm still getting the hang of Z-Brush.
